TIPSNET was first published on in February 2000, but under a different name and domain. At that time it used to be an HTML TUTORIAL. On June 2002 in was reintroduced, but this time it carried the name TIPSNET. TIPSNET is much more that an HTML TUTORIAL site. You will find lots of information including issues on Global Warming., Why quit Smoking, and other tips like getting a job.
PURPOSE AND GOAL OF TIPSNET
The main Purpose of tips net is to create awareness on Important issues like Global Warming and Tobacco use. However TIPSNET also provides other interesting topics like HTML TUTORIAL to the visitors. The Goal of TIPSNET is to get as much visitors as possible because this is the only way to create awareness.
