    According to the Canadian government 45000 Canadians will die this year alone from Tobacco use and about a thousand of those are second-hand smokers.


    Accoring to the STAT(Spokane Teens Against Tobacco) 3,000 teens become regular smokers each day... 1,000 of them will die from it.
    The number or people who die from Tobacco use around the world each year is even more shocking..
    According to the American Lung Association Children who breathe secondhand smoke are more likely to get colds, allergies, asthma and ear infections. Secondhand smoke causes 300,000 cases of pneumonia and bronchitis in children every year, which results in approximately 10,000 hospitalizations

In fact, It has been estimated that as much as 80% of lung cancer victims were smokers.What is more shocking is that most people with lung cancer die within the first year of getting it.
